This site doesn't collect anything about you.
It's a portfolio: static pages, no accounts, no forms, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and nothing that identifies you. Instagram is the only company here that would set a cookie, and if you appear to be in Europe this site never contacts it at all — which is why there is no cookie banner. What each party does, and what changes outside Europe, is below.
What I collect
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no login, and no analytics script that identifies you. If you email me, I have your email — that's it, and I only use it to reply.
Third parties
Three others could be involved, and one of them never is if you're in Europe. None is asked for anything until the part of the page that needs it is actually on your screen:
This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve pages. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a cross-site profile of you.
Their privacy policy ↗Instagram posts and reels here are shown as an image I host myself plus a link. If your browser places you in Europe — by its time zone or its language — that is all you ever get, and nothing whatsoever is requested from Instagram or Meta. So is the case if that can't be read at all: anything uncertain is treated as European. Elsewhere, the real Instagram embed is swapped in when it scrolls into view, and at that point Instagram serves it and may set cookies. The check happens in your browser before any request is made, not after.
Their privacy policy ↗Each project preview, and the smartglasses.today frame, is an unloaded frame until it scrolls into view. These are all apps I built and run myself; loading one runs it from its own domain, which then applies its own privacy practices. Nothing loads ahead of where you are on the page, so an app you never scroll to never runs. The frames are sandboxed and are not granted this site's location or motion-sensor access.
Fonts are served from this site's own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page here doesn't hand your IP address to a third party.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Since I don't hold anything beyond emails you've sent me, that's usually a short conversation — write toamyerz@gmail.comand I'll handle it.
Changes
If the list of third parties above changes, this page changes with it. Last reviewed 31 July 2026.
